Can you work with my architect, or do you offer design-build?

Both. We build from owner-supplied plans, and we can bring an architect and engineer into a full design-build engagement if that's cleaner for you. John has been doing design-build consultations for 17 years.

What's the typical timeline for a medical or dental office buildout?

It depends entirely on scope and the permitting jurisdiction — which is why John gives every client a specific timeline in the written estimate after a site visit, not a ballpark over the phone. Small tenant finish: weeks. Full clinical buildout: months.

Do you self-perform, or is everything subcontracted?

Hybrid. PCS Builder self-performs key trades and coordinates a network of specialty subcontractors — many of whom John has worked with for 10+ years. Every sub is vetted, insured, and accountable directly to John.
