Does PCS Builder build custom homes from scratch?

Yes. Ground-up custom homes across West Tennessee and North Mississippi — John personally oversees framing, mechanical, cabinetry, finish carpentry, and exterior work. If you don't have plans yet, he can bring in an architect for full design-build.

What's the price range for a custom home with PCS Builder?

Varies with site, square footage, and finishes. PCS Builder's largest single project was $1.29 million (commercial interior); residential ranges span from significant additions up through full custom estates like the Scarbrough amenity wing. Every project starts with a site visit and a detailed written estimate — no ballpark over the phone.

Do you handle additions and major remodels, or just new builds?

Both. Major additions, whole-home remodels, and finished basements are regular work. The Scarbrough Estate amenity wing — bowling alley, basketball court, game room, gym — is a recent example of a ~5,500 sqft residential addition.

Is there a senior discount?

How does change-order pricing work?

Every change order requires your written approval before any additional scope is executed or billed. No surprise line items when the final invoice arrives.

Do you work on kitchens or bathrooms as standalone projects?

For existing clients and neighbors of active projects, yes. The core residential work, though, is custom homes and significant additions where the engagement justifies the hands-on owner management PCS Builder is built around.
