If the project is a good match, John will schedule a site visit at your convenience. He'll take measurements, review drawings if available, and ask the right questions before putting pen to paper.
You'll receive a detailed written estimate — not a ballpark. Every line item is explained, and John is available to walk through it with you before you make any decisions.
PCS Builder doesn't chase contracts. If you need time to compare estimates or think it over, take it. We'd rather earn your project than pressure you into it.
